All projects Winter 2020

Hey guys! It’s been a bit since I’ve written on here, I don’t really use it for style/travel posts anymore, I’m just way too busy to write anything for fun. But a lot of people have told me that they love when I post my work on here so that’s kind of what I’m using it for right now! This quarter was definitely my hardest quarter at SCAD so far in all of my four years here. I was pushed to my limit, and looking back on everything I did this quarter I genuinely cannot believe that I did all of this by myself in just 10 weeks. Even though I felt like dropping out most of the time, I’m SO proud of myself for still putting in maximum effort and creating some portfolio pieces that I’m really proud of! Sooo without further ado, here is every single thing that I’ve created since January!

All projects Fall quarter 2019

Hello everyone! Long time, no blog. I’ve kind of stopped writing on here because I’ve just been way too busy! But now that my first quarter of Senior year (!!!!) is over, I thought I would share everything that I worked on these past 10 weeks! This quarter I had a pretty heavy workload because I took my first Senior class to start developing my Senior collection, an art history class, and a CAD pattern making class. Continue reading

Check Mate

Heyyy everyone. It’s been a minute since I’ve posted anything on here, it’s been a really busy few months. I’ve been drowning in my schoolwork per usual, and I’ve been working on a lot of collaborations with friends from other majors, and doing a lot of photo shoots, etc. etc. It’s been crazy this quarter, but my classes are going really well and I am loving them! Caution, Cowgirls at Work.

Howdy Y’all! Welcome back to the blog. I’m back in Savannah after a quick trip to Mexico, and then back to Utah for a couple of days and then New York for literally only 24 hours for an interview I had. So it’s been a crazy couple of weeks and I’m sick as a dog and super stressed out, but my outfit is really cute, so who cares!! I decided to go full on country this week in honor of my partnership with Lanco to promote their new song they just released! It’s called “Rival” and…. it’s really super good. Y’all know how much I love country music, so when I say a country song is good.. you can trust me! I have been loving Lanco lately, they’re one of my favorite up and coming country bands, and “Greatest Love Story” has got to be one of the cutest country songs ever, so clearly they can do no wrong. But anyway, “Rival” has been my non-stop jam lately so definitely go give it a listen here:

All projects for Winter Quarter 2019

Hey everybody!!! I’m currently on Spring Break, just living my best life. I’m finally getting a little bit of sleep, after finals drained every ounce of energy out of me, so that’s great! I’m doing fantastic. This quarter was so draining and so hard, but I know that as the end of Junior year approaches that it’s only getting harder from here, so I’m just mentally preparing the heck out of myself. Even though this quarter was pretty difficult workload wise, it’s probably been my favorite quarter at SCAD so far. I’m SO proud of all I’ve done this quarter. Looking back on these last two and a half months, I seriously can’t believe that I did all of this work in just 9 weeks. It seems impossible, but then again I never slept, so I doubled the time I had to work on everything hahahaha. Anyway, a lot of people always ask to see what I’ve been working on when I come home, so I thought I would just post all of my work from this last quarter on here so everyone can see what I’ve been up to, and so I have a place to keep track of all of the work that I’ve done. Going to Carolina in my mind

Hey everyone!! Welcome back to the blog, it’s been a hot second. This quarter has been insanely busy, and the time has gone by so fast. I can’t believe it’s week seven already! Only three weeks left until spring break *heart eyes, heart eyes, cowboy emoji*!! Even though I’ve had an incredible amount of homework and my Friday nights have mostly been spent locked up at home furiously working on projects, it’s still been a really fun quarter. The highlight of this quarter so far was our trip to Charleston! Since we had MLK day off we decided to take advantage of our long weekend and spend a couple of days playing around in Charleston. Beach Daze

Howdy from Georgia y’all!!! I’m back and better than ever in my favorite place. 2018 was the CrAzIeSt but the BEST year ever. I was all over the place last year, which was so much fun, but I”m glad to be back in my favorite city to finish out Junior year. I flew in last week at like 5:00am on Friday, and the next day me and Vic went to the beach because I missed Tybee so much!! I hadn’t been since may of last year, and I was dying to go, even though it wasn’t warm enough to swim. So we drove out there and spent a couple hours just hanging out on the beach and we went to our favorite pizza place ever (huc-a-poos!!!!) and we decided to wait on the beach for the sunset, and we were sooo not disappointed. Pros of Provence

Bonjour mon amis!! Beinvenue back to the blog, today’s post is less about fashion and more about my experience abroad this Summer!! As you already know, I was living in a lovely little village called Lacoste in the South of France for the past two months, which in case you forgot, looks like this: Continue reading

November in New York

Hey friends!! Welcome back to Style Me Bri, I feel like I haven’t posted in ages, but I’ve just been living my best life here in New York! I’m seriously having a blast out here, and it absolutely breaks my heart to think about leaving this place next week. I want to stay forever. These last few months have been some of the best of my life! My internship has been going so well, I’ve made some great friends there and have learned so many skills and had so many amazing experiences. I truly can’t believe it’s almost over! It’s gone by crazy fast… probably because I’ve packed so much excitement into just 10 weeks. So far I’ve seen nine different Broadway shows, been to Jimmy Fallon, seen/met some cool celebrities, eaten at a gazillion different restaurants, been to a concert at Madison Square Garden, made so many new friends, almost been hit by dozens of taxis, and made so many memories that I’ll never forget. I’m sorry that this blog post is getting so cheesy, but seriously I just love this city and all of my NYC friends so so so much. Continue reading

Welcome to New York

Hello again from America!! It’s so nice to be back in the states, as much fun as my summer abroad was, I sure am grateful for air conditioning and unlimited access to taco bell and diet coke 🙂 But, instead of writing from Georgia or Utah as per usual, I’m in New York! I’ve been here for about a month now, and I’ll be here for about six more weeks. I got an internship for the fall semester so I moved out here right after going back to Utah from France. My turnaround time was literally seven days, so that was super crazy stressful, but also really fun. I got this internship SO last minute so it was really hard to find a place to live and get plane tickets and get everything figured out, but I knew I couldn’t give up the opportunity, so here I am, coming at you live from my 200 sq ft studio apartment in Manhattan.
